The Bookmark Properties dialog allows you viewing and setting
the bookmark property values, such as bookmark name, URL, bookmark
description, auto-check schedule, actions and change detection
rules.
The following tabs are available in the Bookmark
Properties Dialog:

set the Bookmark Properties
To display the Bookmark Properties Dialog select the bookmark
(or bookmarks) and click the "Properties" button on the "Edit
Toolbar":
Or, choose the "Edit / Properties" menu item:
Or, just press the <CTRL>+<ENTER> hotkey
combination.
How to set the values (Checkbox States)
You can set the most option values of bookmark using
"checkboxes". The following checkbox states are available on the
Bookmark Properties Dialog:
 - Unchecked: the option is not
enabled.
 - Checked: the option is enabled.
 - Mixed: this option is available if several
bookmarks are selected. Mixed state means that the
option is set to the different states for different selected
bookmarks (for example, checked on one selected
bookmark and unchecked on the other selected
bookmark).
If the option is set to "Mixed" state, the
option values is not changed for the selected bookmarks when you
press "OK" button of the Bookmark Properties Dialog.

Properties
Bookmark Settings
Name
The visible name of the bookmark.
If name of the bookmark is blank, Check&Get extracts it from
web page title automatically.
URL
Location of the web-page on the Internet.
Note: URL means the "Universal Resource Locator". Much as
you have a unique address in the real world, all web pages on the
Internet have their own unique address. This address is called the
URL.
Mark as Hot
Site
You can "Mark" the bookmark as "Hot Site" if you want to
quick-find it later.
All the marked bookmark can be found in the  "Auto-Select \ Hot Sites" folder of
Check&Get.
Disable
this Web-Page Checking
If this checkbox is selected, web-page check is disabled
(web-page is "locked"). Use this option if you do not want to
monitor the web-page. Check&Get will keep the existing offline
Web-page snapshots of this web-page for unlimited time.
Bookmark Description
The user-defined bookmark description. Fill your notes about the
bookmark into this field.
If the description is empty, Check&Get will try to fill it
automatically extracting the necessary information from the META
tags of associated web-page.
Auto-Update Description from Web-Page
If this checkbox is selected, the description field will be
updated from web-page every time Check&Get checks the web
page.
Search
Keywords
The user-defined search keywords.
You will be able to find the bookmark using the keywords defined
in this field.
If the keywords field is empty, Check&Get will try to fill
it automatically extracting the necessary information from the META
tags of associated web-page.
Auto-Update
Search Keywords from Web-Page
If this checkbox is selected, the keywords will be updated from
web-page every time Check&Get checks the web page.

Monitoring Settings
Schedule
Auto-Check this Web-Page Every:
Check&Get allows you to check the bookmarks manually or
automatically by user defined schedule.
Select this option to allow auto-check the
bookmarks. If auto-checking is enabled, you need also to define the
frequency of checking.
Uncheck this option to disable auto-checking. In this
case you still can check this bookmark manually using the
"Tools / Check" or "Tools / Check All
Bookmarks" menu items of Check&Get.
Stop
Auto-Check if changed
Enable this option if you prefer to stop web page autocheck when
web-page changed or unavailable.
"Alert and do Actions when" settings
When Check&Get marks the bookmark as "Changed", it does the
follows:
- Tick off the bookmark icon (
 );
- Saves web-page snapshot to the local database so that you can
browse it offline later;
- Highlight the changed web-page content to show you what is new
on the web-page;
- Executes the customer defined Actions;
Specify the following options to define the conditions of
setting the "Changed" state of the bookmark and execute the
actions:
Web-Page
is Changed
Enable this option to be notified when web-page is changed.
Click "Change
Detection Options" button to define the settings of
change detection.
Keywords Found in Changed text
Enable this option if you want to monitor the keywords on
web-page. Click "Configure Keywords " button to
define keywords for tracking.
Web-Page is Unavailable
Enable this option to be notified when web-page is not available
or web-site is down.
Actions and Alerts
Select the actions and alerting options to execute when web-page
is changed or unavailable:
Show Tray
Message Alert
If this option is enabled, Check&Get displays the small
system message near the system tray area (right-bottom corner of
screen).
Show Notification Message
Box
If this option is enabled, Check&Get displays the message
box on the screen when bookmark is "Changed".
Send E-Mail
If this option is enabled, Check&Get sends e-mail message to
the specified recipients when bookmark is "Changed". Click
"Configure" button to change the e-mail alerting
options.
Web Capture and
Archieving
When changes are detected, Check&Get marked the bookmark
with the red flag, does the actions, and captures the
offline web-page snapshot (historical revisions of web-page) for
later viewing.
Select the quantity of web snapshots to store for this bookmark
/ web-page. The more snapshots Check&Get stores - the more
space on your hard disk used for the database.
Download and Save Images
If this option is enabled, Check&Get will download the
images, displayed on changed web-page and store them into the
database. You can always see the snapshot "as is", with images,
even you are not connected to internet or web-page is no more
exists on website.
Web-Page Status
Web-Page status panel shows you the quick status of web-page,
the quick info about changes on web-page.
